Criminal Cases

A criminal court case is a legal proceeding before the criminal courts to determine whether an individual or organisation has committed an offence under the law.

Unlike civil cases, which resolve private disputes, criminal proceedings address conduct considered harmful to society and are prosecuted in the public interest. In Spain, cases are typically initiated by the Public Prosecutor, although injured parties may also participate in the proceedings.

Civil Cases

A civil court case is a legal proceeding brought by one party (the Claimant) against another party (the Defendant) to resolve a dispute concerning legal rights, obligations, or liabilities.

Unlike criminal proceedings, civil cases do not involve prosecution by the state for criminal offences; instead, they address private disputes between individuals, companies, or organisations.

Claims For Mis-Selling

If you were pressured into purchasing a holiday club package, misled about the level of savings, or later confronted with unexpected or undisclosed fees, you may have legal grounds to challenge the agreement and seek recovery of the sums paid.

Many holiday club packages are sold during lengthy, high-pressure presentations, where the promises made at the point of sale do not reflect the reality of ownership.
